Correct shoe sizes are the responsibility of buyer. There is NO returns or refunds for wrong shoe size ordered. Dunks are known to be true to size, but I advise trying on the style before purchasing, as they are NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you have changed you mind on a design, please email or message me IMMEDIATELY. If I have NOT started design already, I will be able to honor the change! However, there will be NO refunds if the original product has been started, as they are made to order.

As I am a 1 man show, I do not keep any clothing on hand. With that said, any and all clothing is required to be picked out in a collaborative effort between myself and you. Once the piece(s) are found, I will order them directly to my warehouse to start production. Clothes are non refundable so please make sure you are confident in your sizing before choosing/sending.

No. Since dirt, grease, or sticky substance's can all interfere with adhesion of crystals, I only use brand new items to ensure the best quality of work. I also do not want the extra responsibility nor do I have the time to deal with items if they’re lost in transit.

Just like any bedazzled item, some crystals may be prone to falling off. With that said, all of my items are sealed and made for you to use and wear! I also provide extra crystals for you to use in case of fall off. For best results, keep items dry for increased longevity, but they ARE water resistant so don’t worry if you get caught in some rain.

Do NOT throw shoes or bags in the washer or dryer. Items tumbling around will most likely cause several crystals to fall off. If bag is dirty, it is recommended to spot treat areas by using rubbing alcohol on a q-tip or cotton swab to lightly rub over dirty spots that don’t have crystals on them. For spots with crystals on them, use dawn soap and warm water and lightly brush, then leave to air dry.

Wait times are noted under listing. It takes roughly 1-2 weeks for shoe to come in and anywhere from 3 days to 1 week to complete. Bags take roughly take 4-7 days to make. If there are any issues with timing, you will be messaged separately.
