Shipping policy
NOTICE: We ship based on the address you give us via invoice or when you purchase directly from our store. Please contact us via Instagram to let us know immediately if you need an address changed. For a valid submission of an address change, it needs to be done within 24 hours of paying for your order.
DISCLAIMER: Once your order has been made and shipped via our preferred carrier (USPS, UPS or FEDEX) we are not responsible for any timelines or deadlines. We do not and can not guarantee shipping times due to the carriers being out of our control. We ship based on timelines given to us for each order that the carrier gives us as an "estimated time" at time of shipment via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. You agree and understand that we do not guarantee shipping times by placing an order or paying an invoice from our business. The customer will be notified of which when their order is completed and ready for shipment.
