Correct shoe sizes are the responsibility of buyer. There are NO returns or refunds for wrong shoe size ordered, so please make sure to know your shoe size before purchasing. 

Price includes brand new pair of shoes, all materials, labor and shipping.

All sneakers are Made to Order and are custom hand crafted to the buyers wants. Each shoe is hand dyed and crystalized with thousands of premium glass crystals. With that said, no 2 shoes will be 100% identical and may have minor discrepancies in dye, crystallization, etc. These shoes are NON-REFUNDABLE!

As the shoes are made of leather, they are easier to crease. Creasing of the toe box area may affect crystals with time. Purchasing a crease protector is recommended for longevity! Design is suitable for any weather condition although it is highly advised to only wear in good conditions.

Production from start to finish can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, so please plan ahead if you need these for an event, as I do not offer "Rush Orders". If you do need the shoes by a certain date, please message me before hand and I will try my best to work with you on the date.
